March 25th, 2010

Converting existing 2D content (CGI 3D in 2D or Real-Life 2D) to stereoscopic or autostereoscopic viewable formats poses some issues that James Cameron discusses.

Basically, he is saying that if you are converting a 2D video into 3D, you will get the pop-out book effect - unless you go through a very slow, painstaking process.
